The No. 125 Bon Appetit table knife is available individually. The apple green will bring intensity to your table.
Smooth 11-cm stainless steel blade for a sharp, precise cut. Colored hornbeam handle to make your table cozy. The handle is varnished to protect it from dirt and moisture.
Blade: 11cm length. Martensitic stainless steel with high hardness due to the addition of nitrogen (0.15%) and superior corrosion resistance due to high chromium content (16%).
Harpwood: Hornbeam is sourced from French holdings. It is a white wood with little grain, ideal for applying colors without distorting them. The handle is varnished to be effectively protected from dirt and moisture.
