11 cm blade with excellent cut, hornbeam handle varnished so that no stains appear
Blade: 11cm length. Martensitic stainless steel with high hardness due to nitrogen addition (0.15%) and superior corrosion resistance due to high chromium content (16%).
Harpwood: Hornbeam comes from French holdings. It is a white wood with little grain, ideal for applying colors without distorting them. The handle is varnished to be effectively protected from dirt and moisture.
