Bon Appétit knives feature a wooden handle, a living and warm material symbolizing nature. The white will make your table elegant.
It features a Sandvik stainless steel blade that ensures an exceptional cut. The handle is painted to protect it from stains and water.
Blade: 11cm length. Martensitic stainless steel with high hardness due to nitrogen addition (0.15%) and superior corrosion resistance due to high chromium content (16%).
Hoke: Hornbeam comes from French holdings. It is a white wood with little grain, ideal for applying colors without distorting them. The handle is varnished to be effectively protected from dirt and moisture.
